Join Michele of Summit Physical Therapy as she takes you through some key exercises you can do to keep your knees healthy. Exercises are aimed at improving mobility, strength and stability, keeping you on the trails all season long. The workshop will be held at The Forge Gym on Friday, December 10th from 6:00-7:00.
