Baby Weights: Small Group Training for New Moms
Are you a new mom looking to get back into shape while spending quality time with your little one? Baby Weights is the perfect solution! Join our 6-week small group training class designed specifically for moms and their babies, led by a fitness-forward pelvic floor physical therapist.
